This fixture base plate is made of 45# steel through integral forging and precision grinding, specially designed for high-precision machining scenarios with significant core advantages. Secondly, it has outstanding wear resistance: surface treated with quenching (hardness 55-58HRC) + nitriding, reducing friction coefficient to 0.15, extending service life to over 8 years. Thirdly, it has strong structural stability: adopting T-type reinforcing rib design, deflection ≤0.02mm/m, capable of withstanding clamping force over 500kg without deformation. In addition, the base plate reserves multiple sets of standardized positioning holes (φ6-φ20mm) and T-slots, compatible with various clamping components, which can quickly adapt to different workpieces without secondary processing.
